Pricing and plansWhat does “solutions, not hours” mean?
You pay for the problem to be solved, not for our time. If a fix takes five minutes or five hours, the price is the same. We take ownership of how long it takes.

You pay one fixed monthly price for each person we support. Add or remove people and your price changes with them.
Pricing and plansAre Microsoft 365 licences included?
No. Licences are billed separately, because the right licence depends on your business. We’ll recommend the best fit.
Pricing and plansWhat isn’t covered by the monthly price?
Fixing problems is always covered. New projects, like moving to a new system or setting up a new office, are quoted separately at a fixed price, so there are no surprises.

Every support plan is tailored to your business, so the contract length and notice period are agreed with you as part of your quote.

As quickly as we can, and you’ll always get a reply. We deal with requests in order of urgency, so anything that’s stopping your business from working always comes first.

Yes. Our IT Foundations service is made for this. We review what you need, design the right setup and build it for one agreed price.
Website designWhat’s included in the £199 website offer?
A professional website of up to 5 pages that works on every screen, a contact form that goes to your email, your domain connected with the secure padlock, and set-up so Google can find you.
Website designCan my website sell products?
Not with this offer. It’s for businesses advertising their services. Online shops aren’t included.
Website designDo I need to buy my own domain?
Yes. You buy your domain in your own name, and we connect it once the invoice is paid.
Website designWho owns the website?
You do. Once it’s paid for, we hand the website over to your own account.
Website designAre there any monthly fees?
Not unless you want one. Your website has no monthly fee from us, and you just renew your domain each year with whoever you bought it from. If you’d like us to keep it up to date, our optional Website Care plans start from £15.99 a month.
Website designWhat’s the difference between Website Care Basic and Plus?
Basic (£15.99 a month) includes 2 small changes a month, a monthly contact form check and one-to-one help. Plus (£25.99 a month) includes unlimited small changes, domain renewal reminders and free Google Business Profile setup with updates. Both can be paid yearly upfront for less.

Yes. As part of our cyber security work we review your current setup, find the gaps and recommend what to fix first.
